Shipping Policy – Razi & Sons

  • Order Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Shipping Charges:
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight/size. Any additional charges will be clearly displayed before payment.

  • Delivery Time:
    Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.

  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via SMS or email (if applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    We offer Cash on Delivery service in selected areas. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

  • Shipping Delays:
    Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

  • Incorrect Address:
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Razi & Sons is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments:
    If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance and resolution.

  • International Shipping:
    Currently, we only ship within the country. International shipping is not available at this time.
